Real Simple Makeover:
 
Winner of Real Simple Magazines organizing sweepstakes, Georgia Schneider, was shocked when she found out she won the makeover.  “I want my quilt room to be more usable and can’t wait to see the results”.  Owner of Officially Organized, Tracy Axcell provided the organizing expertise to re-do Georgia’s room.  A new quilt table with cubbies and storage, an  in-wall ironing board system, new paint, new closet storage, along with other organizing tools created the desired new and usable quilting room.

Tracy Axcell obtained National Certification as CPO
 
After years of organizing, Tracy had enough qualifying hours and experience, as an organizer, to sit for the CPO (Certified Professional Organizer) exam.  By passing the exam, she receives the distinction of being the only CPO in Northern Alabama, making her 1 of only 5 PO's in the state to hold certification.

Tracy Axcell of Officially Organized was chosen to do a makeover and training video for DHS Social Workers.  She was interviewed by Kirsten McIntire of CBS, News 9, answering questions about being naturally disorganized and shared tips with DHS social workers about organizing their offices. 
The video project was filmed for distribution to mid-west region DHS social workers.
 
 
 
Citizens Caring for Children Makeover

Tracy Axcell, owner of Officially Organized, volunteered to do a makeover for the reception area for Citizens Caring for Children.  “When Tracy told us about her plans to volunteer her company’s time and resources, to makeover CCC’s office, we were thrilled.  Our foster kids now love coming in, they love the bright colors and animal pics everywhere”, director, Diana Harbolt.
